1:1 Teaching Assistant

The governors are looking for an enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistant with a ‘can-do’ attitude to join our KS1 team who, under the direction of the class teacher, will support a pupil on a 1:1 basis. 

The post is advertised as temporary for one year initially but could become permanent for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will:

• Be able to use their own initiative
• Display enthusiasm, commitment and passion for the role
• Be able to work as part of a team
• Be able to form positive and supportive relationships with children and parents
